In short:

A coroner has recommended changes to reporting standards following an inquest into the death of a French apprentice jockey in NSW.

Judge Derek Lee found the horse, which had previously been injured, had been appropriately managed but recommended Racing NSW strengthen guidelines for animals returning to work.

What's next?

Racing NSW will consider the coroner's recommendations.
