In short:

A terminally ill Mount Isa grandmother is among 50 residents affected by the collapse of an Indigenous housing corporation.

The national regulator of Indigenous corporations is launching an investigation, and the organisation will be wound down, but she says it is little comfort for her family.

What's next?

An application to wind up the organisation has been made to the Federal Court to prevent the corporation from benefiting from the sale of assets.
